Blanquette de Limoux

This delicate sparkling wine is pale lemon in colour with classic apple notes of Mouzac on the nose. The palate has an elegant mouth and notes of apple peel, white peach, pear and white blossom. Fresh with a zesty acidity and a long floral finish.
