The History

Domaine st George d’Ibry Proud of their history. Inspired by ancient methods of wine making passed on to them by Roman civilisation they have created an iconic cuvée. In many stories they talk about men who have achieved extraordinary things. What stories don’t tell is that behind every great man, there is often a woman. Before being a name, Marianne is first and foremost a symbol of freedom, independence and strength. Marianne is the hand that guides the winemaker. This cuvée has been kept in amphora for several month which you’ll find the authenticity of their terroir mix with their artisanal wine making skills passed on for 5 generations.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful colour, the nose open to soft spices and hints of leather, the palate is full of cooked black fruits with very soft tannins. Absolutely beautiful.
